PAYMENT
We can only accept PayPal for all online orders. If you're outside of the US, we can only accept PayPal for your orders. All PayPal orders should include your shipping address if different from your billing address, as well as the account holders name.
PREORDERING
We will only accept pre-orders for the specified record on the stated date. Also, all pre-orders must be separate orders for that item and that item only. If you would like to order additional items, please place a separate order otherwise those items will not ship until the pre-order ship date. Sorry, but that's how it works.
PRICES AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our Minneapolis, MN warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. All domestic in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed regardless of selected shipping method.

Expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and US Postal Service Priority Mail will see quicker delivery times. Please note that ship times are when your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on which country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.
RETURNS-EXCHANGES
Refunds only on defective items. All other returns will receive CATLICK store credit.

CLOTHING ITEMS
We will not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn.
If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.
If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any further shipping costs.
MUSIC ITEMS
All music items (CDs and vinyl) can only be returned if defective (the CD/vinyl is received damaged or does not play).
